How to Help
The Heart of Yoga Foundation is committed to bringing people together in communities around the world. No big idea is fueled on ether or dreams – it’s fueled by beautiful, committed people who band their energies, actions and resources together to make something happen. It is fueled by telling others, by internalizing the message yourself and by donating time and money. Here are ways you can help us spread peace:
1. Make a donation to support the Peace Project
By making a donation to the Heart of Yoga Foundation Peace Project, you are supporting the development of yoga in communities in active conflict zones and other troubled areas around the world. Help us to spread peace trough the healing practices of yoga. A little help from a lot of serious people, committed to peace and positive change in our world, can help make the change we want to see in our world.
2. Donate a class to support Peace
Donate the proceeds of a weekly, monthly or one time class to the foundation. Promote a yoga class as a Heart of Yoga Peace Project Event. At your request, we will list the class on our website and notify local mailing list members of the time and location.
For Details contact Janet Marshall at 949-933-1304.
3. Host an event
We will bring our team to you for a special class dedicated to peace around the world.
4. Attend a local Peace event
